Q: Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Torbay, St-Phillips and Portugal Cove areas. We'll be expanding to more soon!
Q: How fast do you deliver?
As quick as we can! It can depend on kitchen and road traffic and our beautiful Avalon weather, but still, we strive for a sub hour delivery. Regardless of the situation, you will always be notified of your order status.
Q: Are your hours different from the restaurant?
Yes, we currently deliver from 12 - 2pm* and 5pm - 10pm everyday. Restaurants are typically open most of the day and even later in some cases. Please check with the individual restaurant on their hours if you are looking to eat in.
*We're now offering group orders from 12-2! Orders of 5 - 10 people can be placed before 10 the day of, or more than 10 please give us a days notice.
Q: How do I pay?
At the checkout with your credit card or PayPal. This is part of our attempt to make your experience as seamless as possible. Security of personal information is taken very seriously. Your data is always securely encrypted to ensure maximum protection and never shared.
Q: How can I get my favourite restaurant on The Travelling Table?
Shout it from the rooftops! Or you can let us know at email@example.com. Feel free to tell the restaurant too!
Q: Should I tip the driver?
And a tip of the hat to you as well! Our drivers are the humble best, they beat the streets through the elements with a smile on their face, and while its not required, by all means show your appreciation. They deserve it.
Q: Can I order in advance?
Certainly. You can place an order anytime during the day for that evening, just let us know a time preference and we'll schedule it in. If you need to order further in advance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Can I customize items in my order?
Of course, please add any requests in Special Instructions.
Q. Are your prices different from the Restaurant?
Yes, our prices are our own. If you feel an item has been priced unfairly, please feel free to get in touch!
